FRANCIS A. DOMINIC has been President of Photo Research, Inc.,
since November 1996, and President of The Optical Corporation
since June 2000. From 1988 to 1996, he was Vice President and
General Manager of Seth-Cole, a manufacturer of reprographics and
graphic arts media. He holds a BS degree in Engineering and an
