FLORIAN BOLLEN is Chief Executive Officer of Internationalmedia AG
responsible for strategy, Internet and investor relations.
Internationalmedia has offices in Los Angeles, London and Munich and is
one of the leading companies in film development, financing and woldwide
film distribution. Florian Bollen has been working in different
capacities in the International Media Industry since 1990. Florian
Bollen's latest responsibility was the creation and management of a
central acquisition unit for the highly successful MTG Media Group
located in London. This unit provided all third party content for 16 Pay
and Free TV Channels in seven Scandinavian and Baltic countries through
multi-territorial and long-term rights management and financing.
Programs range from Feature Films, Series, Formats to Sport Events and
Internet Content. Florian Bollen was additionally responsible for the
creation of the largest Scandinavian Entertainment Internet Portal and
for the formation of strategic alliances for TV and Internet development
between MTG, Sony/Columbia and Disney. Previous Florian Bollen worked
four years for the Bertelsmann Group. As Head of feature programming
responsible for rights management and acquisitions for the German pay TV
channel "Premiere". He was member of the task force for the
Bertelsmann/Kirch Pay TV merger negotiations and due diligence. For the
Bertelsmann company CLT UFA Florian Bollen was responsible for
international acquisitions, co-financing and co-productions. He
developed innovative financial instruments to finance productions and
acquisitions for CLT-UFA and RTL, e.g. the first film leasing fund in
Germany. Florian Bollen lived from 1989 to 1992 in Los Angles where he
worked in the Entertainment Finance Group consulting several production
