ALEX HUNTER has covered the European Aerospace and Defence sectors since
joining Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in 1996. He is currently ranked
number three in the 2000 European 'Institutional Investor' poll for
Aerospace and Defence and number one, with the global aerospace team, in
the 2000 Global 'Institutional Investor' poll for Aerospace and Defence.
Mr Hunter works with Heidi Wood and Craig Fraser (who cover the US
industry) and with Janicke Furst and Tim Bennett (who is the global head
of aerospace research). Prior to joining the firm, Mr Hunter trained as
a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with Coopers & Lybrand, after which he
worked with the corporate finance and management consultancy divisions.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Statistics from Exeter University
and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Profile
