ERIC SALTZMAN has been Chief Business Officer of Cygent, Inc. since May
2000. As Chief Business Officer he holds global responsibility for
Cygent's financial planning, reporting, analysis, and investor
relations. He also develops business strategies and oversees all
financial systems, facilities and legal operations. Previously, Mr.
Saltzman held a number of positions at Electronics for Imaging, most
recently that of CFO. His responsibilities at EFI included all finance,
accounting, tax, and treasury functions. He held operational
responsibility for business development and professional services, as
well as extensive involvement in defining the company's ongoing business
strategy. During his 6-year tenure at EFI, the company grew from $89
million to $570 million in annual revenues. Mr. Saltzman earned his
undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College and graduated from Stanford
