ERIC J. PULASKI founded BindView Development Corp. in May 1990 and has
served as the Company's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
and as a Director since its inception. Prior to founding the Company,
Mr. Pulaski was employed as Director of the Advanced Services Division
of Network Resources, Inc. a Houston-based systems integration firm. Mr.
Pulaski holds a B.A. in Humanities from the University of Texas at
