EDWARD J. FRED is President and Chief Executive Officer of CPI
Aerostructures, Inc. He has been an officer of CPI Aerostructures
since February 1995, starting at the company as Controller. By
April 1998, Mr. Fred was appointed Chief Financial Officer and he
joined the Board of Directors in January 1999. In May 2000, he
earned the additional title of Executive Vice President. On
January 1, 2002, Mr. Fred was named President and one year later,
he added Chief Executive Officer to his title. For approximately
10 years prior to joining the company, Mr. Fred served in various
positions in the international division of Grumman, where he last
held the position of Controller. Mr. Fred holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree in Accounting from Dowling College
and an Executive MBA from Hofstra University. Profile
