Edward Boyle Iii – Flour City International Inc (fcin)

EDWARD M. BOYLE, III has served as President of Flour City International, Inc. for the last 12 months. Mr. Boyle is responsible for the organization's worldwide strategic planning and operations. In his position as President, Mr. Boyle has overseen the opening of a strategic new office in Shanghai, as well as a new corporate headquarter and manufacturing facility in Kingsport, Tennessee. His nine years of marketing and management experience in the international marketplace has assisted the company in increasing its revenue from the Asia Pacific region by 96 percent and securing the first of what is believed to be many contracts from the UK. During the last 12 months Mr. Boyle, with his hands-on management style, has been responsible for the refocusing and directing of the company's management and assets, which has greatly benefited the company with a 38% growth in revenue for the first six months of the company's fiscal 2000 and a return to profitability. Prior to his position as President of Flour City International, Mr. Boyle was the chief operating officer for Flour City Architectural Metals Ltd (Asia). Under his leadership, Flour City has combined its various divisions into one company that can address the custom curtainwall needs of the construction industry on a worldwide basis. Before joining Flour City International, Mr. Boyle held director positions with Harmon SITRACO S.A., Harmon CFEM Facades (UK) Ltd. and Harmon CFEM Facades S.A., international divisions of Apogee Enterprises.
