Douglas P. Badertscher – Integrated Orthopaedics Inc (ioi)

DOUGLAS P. BADERTSCHER, serves as COO of Integrated Orthopaedics, Inc. He joined the company in May 1999. Mr. Badertscher has more than 19 years of experience in providing financial, business and practice management services to hospitals, physician groups and individual physicians. He is recognized as a visionary in planning and developing financial instruments to assist physicians and physician groups in such areas as real estate, sale leaseback arrangements, discount insurance funding, capital and receivable financing, physician compensation, physician buy-in and buy-out arrangements, physician succession arrangements and practice merger and acquisitions. Mr. Badertscher has served as a consolidation and acquisition consultant to leading hospitals, PPMCs, physician groups, IPAs and MSOs. Prior to IOI, he was president and COO of Pendulum Practice Management Company, where he co- founded the second-generation affiliation model, which is being widely accepted by both physicians and Wall Street as the model for the future of physician consolidation. Prior to joining Pendulum, Mr. Badertscher was the president and CEO of Medical Transition Resources, St. Louis, Missouri, which provided consulting services regarding physician merger and acquisitions and PPMC, IPA and MSO consolidation. He has had 14 years of experience in the financial industry as the manager of New York-based companies Equitable and Mutual of New York.
