Douglas Frederick – Electronic Data Systems (eds)

DOUGLAS FREDERICK is President of Information Solutions, the largest of EDS' four lines of business. He is also a member of the EDS Executive Operations Team. Mr. Frederick reports directly to EDS Executive Vice President-Operations Paul Chiapparone. Mr. Frederick joined EDS as Executive Vice President of US Operations in July 1999. Before joining EDS, Mr. Frederick served as an Executive Vice President with the Baan Company, a leading global provider of enterprise business software. From 1979-1997, the Boeing Company benefited from his services. As Director of Information Systems Business Support in 1996, he led the world's largest business process design project. During his tenure with Boeing, Mr. Frederick advanced through several key leadership positions. Mr. Frederick is an Alfred P. Sloan Fellow, earning his Master of Science degree in Management Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1990. He also holds advanced degrees from Seattle University and the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics from Washington State University.
