DOUG REYNOLDS is Executive Vice President, Property and Casualty, of
Horace Mann Educators Corporation. He joined Horace Mann in 2001, having
previously served as Regional Vice President, Southeast Asia Region, of
American International Group (AIG). Prior to AIG, Mr. Reynolds spent 24
years with Allstate Insurance Company where he held several
progressively responsible management positions before being named Senior
Vice President, Independent Agent Markets, in 1999. Mr. Reynolds
received his bachelor's degree in marketing and business management from
