DORON ASPITZ founded Blue Pumpkin Software, Inc., 'to help
companies leverage their most important resources: their people.'
His vision resulted in award-winning workforce optimization
software and best practices that have rapidly reduced costs,
increased customer satisfaction, and generated higher profits for
more than 1,000 Blue Pumpkin customers. To drive the company's
growth, Mr. Aspitz applies the skills he gained from nearly two
decades of global business and technical management success.
Before co-founding Blue Pumpkin, Mr. Aspitz managed product
strategy development at Tandem Computers and Tandem's business
development for offshore joint venture projects. In addition, he
was a product manager for IBM. Mr. Aspitz holds a BS in Computer
Science, and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems.
He received a Pioneer of the Year Award from Call Center Magazine
