Donald Seaton – Corus Pharma Inc

DONALD (GUY) SEATON joined Corus Pharma Inc. in May 2002 as Chief Financial Officer. With 20 years of financial and operation experience, Mr. Seaton has significant experience and leadership in raising capital, acquisitions and IPO preparations. For the past 12 years, Mr. Seaton has focused on financial management for pre-IPO and early-stage companies. Most recently he was CFO at Talisma Corporation, a privately held enterprise software company where he managed three rounds of private equity totaling $54 million. Prior to Talisma, he was CFO and COO for SonoSite, Inc., a publicly traded ultrasound company, where he raised $64 million, including the company's IPO. Prior to that, he was CFO at InControl, Inc., developer of the world's first implantable atrial defibrillator. He managed the company's IPO as well as several follow-on equity offerings. Mr. Seaton received an MBA from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Stanford University. Profile
