DONALD P. BEEMAN, Chief Executive Officer of LigoCyte Pharmaceuticals, Inc., has
nearly 30 years experience in a variety of commercial roles with Merck & Co.,
Inc., and with startup experience at Topaz Pharmaceuticals, LLC. At Merck Mr.
Beeman led the commercial operations of the billion-dollar vaccine division. As
a senior executive in the division, he was involved with research and
manufacturing planning in addition to his line management responsibilities. His
experience covers numerous product launches including Pepcid, Prilosec,
Singulair, Fosamax, and pre-launch planning for Gardisil, Zostavax and
Rotateq among others in both the US and Australia. Mr. Beemans expertise and
