DONALD F. ARCHIBALD is the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Cypress Energy, Inc. and a founding shareholder of the Company. Prior to
the formation of Cypress in 1995, Mr. Archibald had 11 years of
experience in the financial services industry, the majority of which has
been concentrated in the oil and gas industry. He graduated in 1982 from
the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (With
Distinction) and in 1985 from the University of Western Ontario with a
Masters of Business Administration degree (MBA). From 1985 to 1994, he
was employed by two major Canadian banks, ultimately as Senior
Manager/Director, Corporate Banking, Natural Resources Group. In 1995,
he joined a Canadian Schedule II Bank as Vice President, Global
Investment Bank. Mr. Archibald's responsibilities during his banking
career included managing a large portion of a Canadian bank's exposure
to the Canadian independent oil and gas sector as well as a small mining
portfolio. Mr. Archibald was responsible for providing the initial and
ongoing debt financing for numerous junior to senior oil and gas
companies as well as being involved in initial and subsequent equity
financings. He has also been active in structuring financings for the
U.S. capital markets as well as commodity derivative and currency
