Seth A. Farbman current servces as the President and Co-Chairman of
Vintage Filings, LLC, a New York based SEC EDGAR filing agency.' Prior
to founding Vintage FIlings, Seth Farbman,''was the'founding principal
of Seth A. Farbman, P.C., a New York based law firm that specializes in
corporate, securities matters and venture capital for domestic and
international private and public companies. Mr. Farbman has provided
legal services for private equity funds, investment management firms,
small business investment companies, individuals and public companies
traded on major exchanges. Until May 1999, Mr. Farbman served as a
securities attorney with the New York law firm of Feder Kaszovitz et al.
where he represented public companies listed on Nasdaq and worked on
public offerings underwritten by investment banking firms such as DLJ,
Morgan Keegan and Advest. Seth Farbman is currently a member of the
American Bar Association and of the ABA's Committee on the Federal
