DETLEF KLUESSENDORF (42) is the Chief Financial Officer of Eurofins
Scientific Group. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, Philadelphia,
and also an MA from The Lauder Institute for International
Studies/Wharton School. In Germany he graduated in engineering at the
University Fridericiana in Karlsruhe. His work experience include
Siemens AG, Munich, in corporate strategy and Deutsche Bank AG,
Frankfurt, in the IPO and private placement business. Thereafter he
joined an automobile supplier, established the Investor Relations
activities and then took over several functions in the finance
department. After five years with this mid-cap company he joined
Eurofins Scientific as the CFO in mid-2000. Profile
Mr. Klussendorf: Eurofins Scientific is now a company with 41
laboratories in both the United States and eight European countries.
