Dennis Hudson Iii – Seacoast Banking Corporation

DENNIS S. HUDSON III is President, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary/Treasurer and a Director of Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida. He was Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer with Seacoast from 1990 to1998. He has also been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First National Bank & Trust Company of the Treasure Coast since 1998 and a Director since 1983. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of First National Bank & Trust Company of the Treasure Coast from 1992 to1998, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 1990 to1992, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1985 to1990, Assistant Vice President and Controller from 1980 to1985 and Commercial Loan Officer from 1978 to1981. He is currently on the Board of the Martin County YMCA Foundation, Council on Aging, and St. Michael's Independent School. He serves as Chairman of the Economic Council of Martin County. In past years, he has served on the Boards of the Historical Society of Martin County, the American Heart Association, the Job Training Center and Martin County United Way (serving as President for two years and Fund-Raising Chairman for one) and as an affiliate of Martin Memorial Health Systems. Mr. Hudson is a former Board member of Community Bankers of Florida and the Florida Bankers Association.
