DENNIS E. GERSHENSON is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ramco-
Gershenson Properties Trust. He joined Ramco-Gershenson, Inc., the
private management and development corporation purchased by the Trust,
in 1969 and, for the past 28 years, had the primary responsibility of
overseeing all of the financing of the company's developments,
expansions and acquisitions. A graduate of Syracuse University and Wayne
State University Law School, he was a member of the Wayne State Law
Review and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1969. He is a member of the
Michigan State Bar. Mr. Gershenson is a past regional director of the
International Council of Shopping Centers. He has been a member of the
National Realty Committee and sits on the boards of the Metropolitan
Affairs Coalition, Hospice of Michigan and Merrill Palmer Institute. Profile
