DENNIS D. CIRUCCI serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of
Alliance Bancorp, Inc. of Pennsylvania, Alliance Bank and Alliance Mutual
Holdings, Inc. Since joining Alliance Bank in 1983, Mr. Cirucci has served in
various positions including Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief
Financial Officer. Prior to joining Alliance Bank, Mr. Cirucci worked for
Deloitte & Touche where he was a national industry specialist on financial
institutions. Mr. Cirucci is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice
in the State of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public
Accountants. Mr. Cirucci is a graduate of Drexel University with a BS in
Accounting. He is President and Director of the Insured Financial Institutions
of the Delaware Valley and also a Director of the Pennsylvania Association of
Community Bankers. He is also a member of the Financial Managers Society of
which he was President of the Philadelphia Chapter in 1990-1991 and the Chairman
of the National Regulations Committee in 1991 and 1992. Profile
