DENIS GADBOIS is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of
Mediagrif Interactive. Mr. Gadbois is one of the founders of Mediagrif
Interactive Technologies. He has nearly 15 years of know-how in computer
science and information technology. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Gadbois was a
partner at INT Systemes d'information Inc. Prior to, he served as
Director of the information Services for the Association provinciale des
constructeurs d'habitabtions du Quebec from 1989 to 1992. And from 1987
to 1989, he was Director of the Chambre des notaires du Quebec. His
designation in strategic functions also illustrates his social
commitment. He has been a member of different committees such as the
'Centre de promotion du logiciel quebecois', dedicated to the promotion
of Quebec softwares, the Research, development and technologies
committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Montreal and the Table
d'influence de HEC Montreal on the strategic use of IT in corporations.
He is also a member of the Association des administrateurs agrees of
Quebec and of the HEC Montreal Association of the graduates
(Entrepreneur division). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from
HEC Montreal and in Education from the Universite du Quebec de Montreal. Profile
