ROBERT W. WILLIAMSON is President and Chief Operating Officer of Eos
Biotechnology, Inc. Mr. Williamson has served as President and Chief
Operating Officer since May 2002. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Williamson
worked with DoubleTwist, Inc., a genomics and bioinformatics company. He
joined as vice president of marketing and business development, was
appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2000, President in 2001 and Chief
Executive Officer in 2002. From 1991 to 2001, Mr. Williamson worked with
The Boston Consulting Group, Inc., a leading global management
consulting firm, where he was elected partner in May 1998. During his
tenure with BCG, Mr. Williamson led the firm's West Coast healthcare
practice and was a senior member of the firm's global high tech
practice. Prior to that, Mr. Williamson founded and ran several small
businesses and worked as a research assistant for the Federal Reserve
Board of Governors. He received a BA in Economics from Pomona College
and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Profile
DAVID W. MARTIN JR., MD is Chief Executive Officer of Eos Biotechnology,
Inc. Dr. Martin was a professor of Medicine and Biochemistry and a
Howard Hughes Investigator at the University of California San Francisco
for 13 years. In 1983, he was appointed Genentech's first vice president
of Research and Development. He then became Executive Vice President of
Research and Development at The DuPont Merck Pharmaceutical Co. in 1990
in Wilmington, Delaware. Dr. Martin returned to California in 1994 as
president of Chiron Therapeutics, and Senior Vice President of Chiron

Dr. Martin: Eos was formed in 1997, almost exactly five years ago, and
we
