DAVID R. LITTLE is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DXP
Enterprises. Mr. Little is a 1974 graduate of Texas A&M University with
a BBA in Accounting. He began his career as a Staff Accountant with
Price Waterhouse. In 1975 he joined Southern Engine & Pump Company
(Sepco). Mr. Little rose from Staff Accountant to Controller, to Vice
President of Finance, and was appointed President in 1983. In 1986 Mr.
Little led the purchase of the company using a leveraged buyout. At the
time of the buyout, the company's sales were $20 million annually. Today
