DAVID J. BUTTERS is Chairman of the Board of GulfMark Offshore, Inc. and
is a member of the Executive, Compensation and Audit Committees. In
addition, he is a long-time Managing Director of Lehman Brothers, serves
as a director of EVI Weatherford and was the former Chairman of the
Board of EVI, Inc. He serves as a director of Anangel-American
Shipholdings, Ltd., and is a member of the Board of Advisors of Energy
International, N.V. Mr. Butters has served as a director of the Company

BRUCE A. STREETER is President and Chief Operating Officer of GulfMark
Offshore, Inc. and was President of GulfMark International since 1990.
He is also a Director of the company. Prior to his involvement with the
company and its predecessor, he worked at Offshore Logistics for 12
