DAVID GRAUPNER's broadcast career began 24 years ago in Lincoln,
Nebraska where he jocked for KFOR. He subsequently went on to program
radio stations in Nebraska and Florida before joining TM Programming in
Dallas, first as a Program Consultant and later as Vice President of
Programming. In the mid-80s he co-owned and managed KBUL-FM in Reno.
Then, after a brief stint with the Unistar Radio Networks, he joined
Midcontinent Media where he managed their Madison, Wisconsin properties
for six years. In 1996 Mr. Graupner rejoined TM Century Inc. as
Executive Vice President of the corporation. In 1999 he was appointed
