DAVID FANNING joined Spaltudaq Corp. in April 2006 as President and CEO and has
over 20 years of combined experience in pharmaceuticals and corporate
management. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of
Seattle-based Corixa Corporation from 2001 until its acquisition by
GlaxoSmithKline in 2005. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Fanning was Chief Business
Officer for CoPharma, Inc., a drug development company whose assets were
acquired by Cambrex Corporation and Arqule, Inc. He served as Vice President,
Business Development and Marketing for Corixa from 1997 to 2000. Prior to
Corixa, Mr. Fanning was Director of Business Development at CytoTherapeutics,
Inc., and, from 1988 to 1995, he was a consultant in the Tokyo and Cambridge
offices of The MAC Group/Gemini Consulting. Mr. Fanning received his Bachelor's
degree from Harvard University and his SM in Management from the MIT Sloan
