DAVID THOMAS ELLINGHAM, FCCA, aged 47, Deputy Chairman and Chief
Executive, qualified as a certified accountant in 1981 whilst employed
by Brengreen Holdings Plc an industrial cleaning group. He became
Finance Director of WSL (Holdings) Plc in 1984 when its market
capitalisation was GBP 1million. In 1986 WSL (Holdings) Plc was sold to
Granada Group Plc for GBP52 million. From 1987 to 1991 Mr Ellingham was
Finance Director of Pacific Sales Organisation Plc. In 1993 he became
one of the co-founders of Mitchell Ellingham Associates Limited, a
private company specialising in event creation and management, financial
consultancy and marketing. He was appointed Deputy Chairman and Finance
Director of Profile Media Group Plc in September 1997. As from September
2000 he became Chief Executive. Profile
