DAVID EASTMAN, interim Chief Executive Officer of Yecuris, Inc., is a life
science industry veteran with 30 years of corporate management and consulting
experience in strategic marketing, business development, strategic alliances,
channel partnerships, product and program management, communications and
branding. Mr. Eastman has worked as an executive corporate manager at Becton
Dickinson & Company, Cordis Dow Medical, and Fresenius and as a consultant with
22 early stage biotechnology and medical companies marketing devices, systems,
services and software. In addition to working in the life science industry, Mr.
Eastman has broad and in depth experience working with high technology
companies, such as Intel, Sequent Computers, Integrated Measurement Systems and
Credence, marketing enterprise IT architecture tools, engineering IC validation
systems, virtual test software, ATE and XML-based Internet solutions. Mr.
Eastman holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing from the University of
Oregon. He services on the Government Relations and Marketing/PR Committees of
the Oregon Bioscience Association and is an active participant in the Northwest
