DAVID J. ALDRICH was elected President and CEO of Alpha Industries, Inc.
in April 1999. Mr. Aldrich joined Alpha in 1995. His experience includes
posts at Adams-Russell and M/A-COM, where he worked as Manager of
Integrated Circuits, Active Products, Corporate Vice President Strategic
Planning, Director of Finance and Administration and Director of
Strategic Initiatives. Mr. Aldrich received his BS from Providence
