DANIEL D. RICHARD is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CRYO-CELL
International, Inc. He founded the company in 1986 and co-invented much
of the technology it currently employs. Under his guidance, CRYO-CELL
has grown into the nation's largest exclusive autologous/sibling
commercial cell bank. Prior to founding CRYO-CELL, Mr. Richard was the
first officer and director of Marrow-Tech, Inc. (now Advanced Tissue
Sciences, Inc.) a publicly traded company engaged in the field of
cellular replication. He was also President of Daniel Richard
Consultants, Inc., a marketing firm which operated in 44 cities in the
