DAN R. LEE, Chairman, President & CEO of Microtek Medical Holdings Inc.,
became President and Chief Executive Officer of Isolyser Company, Inc.,
on December 1, 2000. Prior to that, he most recently had served as
President of Microtek Medical, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of
Isolyser. Mr. Lee became an executive officer of the company following
the conclusion of the acquisition of Microtek in September 1996. Mr. Lee
became CFO and a Director of the company in December 1996. In April
1997, Mr. Lee became COO of the company and served there until becoming
President of Microtek in 1997. Prior to his association with the
company, Mr. Lee served as Vice President and Chief Operating and
Financial Officer of Microtek from 1987. Previous to that he was engaged
in public accounting practice first with KPMG Peat Marwick for five
years and then in local practice until 1987. Mr. Lee is a graduate of
