Morrison & Foerster in San Francisco; legal counsel for IBM, Nishimura &
Sanada (Japan's leading law firm), Mitsui & Co. (Japan's leading
international trading company), Sega, and NetChannel Inc. Received a
J.D. from Northwestern University in Chicago, holds an LL.M. in European
Community Law from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and is
Governing Committee Member of the American Bar Association Forum on
Entertainment and Sports Law and is the Chairman of its Section on
