CURT STAKER – WEBSENSE INC (WBSN)

CURT STAKER is President of Websense, Inc. With more than 15 years of solution-focused IT sales and management experience, Mr. Staker is currently responsible for worldwide sales, marketing, channel development and technical support for the company. Prior to being appointed President, Mr. Staker served as the company's Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Before joining Websense, Mr. Staker was Vice President and General Manager of the Americas region (North and South America) at Structural Dynamics Research Corporation (SDRC), a global provider of e-business collaboration solutions targeted at optimizing companion IT products, where he managed 560 employees. Under his leadership, SDRC was transformed into a synergistic, regionalized and solution-focused operation. Prior to managing the Americas region, Mr. Staker was Vice President and General Manager, Asia Pacific operations, at SDRC, where he oversaw 14 offices in seven countries and more than 50 distributors, leading to a 50% increase in revenues and an expanded presence. During Mr. Staker's 11-year tenure at SDRC, he made numerous other contributions to the company in a variety of management positions, including Director of Test Software Business and Manager of Channel Marketing in North America and Europe. Mr. Staker began his career as an Engineer for Caterpillar Tractor Co. He is a graduate of Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Profile
