CURT S. CULVER is President and Chief Executive Officer of MGIC
Investment Corporation and its principal subsidiary, Mortgage Guaranty
Insurance Corporation, the nation's leading private mortgage insurer.
Mr. Culver's career spans more than 27 years in the mortgage insurance
business, including the last 21 years at MGIC. He joined MGIC in 1982.
In 1996, he became President and Chief Operating Officer of MGIC and on
January 1, 2000, he was named Chief Executive Officer of MGIC Investment
Corporation, a publicly held corporation traded under 'MTG' on the New
York Stock Exchange. MGIC Investment is also a member of Standard &
Poor's 500. Prior to MGIC, Mr. Culver worked for seven years at private
mortgage insurer Verex. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin,
Madison, earning both a BBA and MS in Real Estate Finance and Urban Land
