CRAIG MERRIGAN graduated from the Valdosta State College in 1982 with a
Bachelor of Business Administration. In 1985, he received his Masters
in Business Administration from Georgia State University. Craig
Merrigan was appointed Assistant Portfolio Manager for CL Capital in
1989, Portfolio Manager in 1990 and Chief Investment Officer in 1996.
Prior to his CL Capital responsibilities, Mr. Merrigan managed corporate
planning and reporting for a major life insurance company before joining
its research department as a securities analyst. Mr. Merrigan is a
Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Atlanta Society of
