CRAIG EISLER – ACTION ENGINE

CRAIG EISLER is President and Chief Executive Officer of Action Engine. He is a product visionary, he brings 16 years technology industry management and leadership experience, most recently serving as General Manage of the Microsoft Windows Media Platform Group. Mr. Eisler played an integral role in the turnaround of the Netshow Group, where he successfully integrated its client, server, digital rights managements and compression groups, re-branding it as Windows Media. Previously, he was Microsoft's architect for Internet Explorer. He is also the co- inventor of and key architect behind Direct X, which he holds 11 U.S. patents. TWST: Could we begin with a brief historical sketch of Action Engine and

an overview of what you are doing at the present time?

Mr. Eisler: Action Engine was founded in 2000, almost four years
