JAMES B. ARNOLD (Jim) is Vice President and Corporate Controller at
AmeriCold Logistics, LLC, the leading provider of supply chain
logistics for frozen and refrigerated goods. Prior to joining AmeriCold
Logistics, Mr.Arnold held financial executive positions at large
multinational companies, such as AT&T and Cable & Wireless, as well as
two startup ventures. He builds effective, efficient and motivated
finance teams. His experience includes raising capital, debt financing,
mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and profitability
improvement. In addition, Mr. Arnold has directed compensation and
benefit analysis throughout his career. Controlling rising healthcare
expenses is a key focus at AmeriCold Logistics with 6,000 employees
across North America. Mr. Arnold participated in an extensive study on
"Reducing the Costs of Poor-Quality Health Care Through Responsible
Purchasing Leadership" conducted by the Midwest Business Group on Health
and in collaboration with the Juran Institute and The Severyn Group. He
received a Bachelor's degree with a dual major in Finance and Accounting
from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a Master's degree in Finance
from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He and his
wife Robin currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia, with their four
