Chutta Ratnathicam – Cnf Transportation Inc (cnf)

JOHN H. WILLIFORD is Senior Vice President for CNF Transportation, Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer of Menlo Logistics. Mr. Williford has been President and CEO of Menlo since 1992, when he was promoted from the position of General Manager of Menlo. He was named General Manager of the company when it was formed in 1990. In 1998, Mr. Williford was elected Senior Vice President of CNF Transportation, Inc. Mr. Williford joined CNF in 1981 as an Economics/Senior Marketing Analyst, where he evaluated acquisition candidates and conducted strategic planning. In 1984 Mr. Williford was named Director of Marketing for CNF's international operations and was later appointed Director of Marketing for the corporation, overseeing marketing programs for all segments of the company. Mr. Williford earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, and received an MBA in Finance/General Management from the University of California, Berkeley. CHUTTA RATNATHICAM is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CNF Transportation, Inc. Mr. Ratnathicam was previously Vice President-International for Emery Worldwide, CNF's global air freight subsidiary. Mr. Ratnathicam joined CNF in 1977 as a corporate auditor with management experience at public accounting and various industrial firms in the United States, Asia and Africa. He was appointed Assistant Manager of General Accounting in 1978, and later was elevated to Director of Financial Accounting. In 1989 he was named Vice President of Internal Auditing for the parent company. Mr. Ratnathicam graduated from the Royal College in Sri Lanka and earned his MBA from the University of Portland. He also completed the Columbia University Executive Program in Business Administration. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Management Accountants, the Sri Lanka Institute of Chartered Accountants, Conference Board's Council of Financial Executives and the San Francisco Chapter of Financial Executives Institute.
