Christopher Taylor – Seahawk Minerals Ltd (skm.v)

CHRISTOPHER W. TAYLOR is President, CEO and Director of Seahawk Minerals. He has held several executive level financial-related positions within the mining industry for over a decade, and formed Seahawk Minerals in 1995. Mr. Taylor has been primarily responsible for all financial matters applicable to the industry including the provision of capital to support overseas exploration programs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to all regulatory bodies including the Toronto, Montreal, American and Vancouver (CDNX) stock exchanges, as well as the applicable provincial securities commissions and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and all accounting and internal control matters. Mr. Taylor also ensured the effective start up of many overseas office locations in Africa and South America and advised on local matters of financial and taxation importance. He played an important role in the financing of the Omai gold mine in Guyana, one of the largest gold mines in South America. Mr. Taylor holds a Business degree and is a professional Accountant and Corporate Finance executive with over a dozen years experience in overseas mining and mineral exploration. Mr. Taylor completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, in 1995, and is conversant in Brazilian Portuguese. Profile
