CHRISTOPHER J. RYAN has served as Chief Executive Officer and President
of Lakeland Industries since February 1, 2004, Secretary since April
1991, General Counsel since February 2000 and a Director since May 1986.
Mr. Ryan was Executive Vice President - Finance from March 1991 until
becoming President on February 1, 2004. Between 1983-1991 Mr. Ryan was
employed as a Managing Director ' Corporate Finance in the firms of
Furman Selz, Laidlaw Adams & Peck, Inc. and Brean Murray Securities,
