CHRISTOPHER MACKENZIE serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of
Trizec Properties, Inc., the second largest publicly traded US real
estate investment trust focused on office properties. Mr. Mackenzie is
intimately involved in the operations and leads the execution of the
company's strategic plan to deliver increased value to shareholders.
Before joining Trizec's predecessor, TrizecHahn, in 2000, Mr. Mackenzie
spent two years as a partner of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, where he
established the London office of the New York-based private equity firm.
Prior to this, he served as a Corporate Officer of GE, Senior Vice
President of GE Capital Corporation and President of GE Capital Europe.
Under Mr. Mackenzie's leadership, GE Capital Europe's net profits
increased from approximately US$50 million to more than US$800 million.
Mr. Mackenzie was educated at Oxford University and earned a Master's of
Business Administration from INSEAD in France. He is also a Director of
WPP Plc, the world's leading marketing group, and Jaquesson et Fils. Profile
