CHARLES S. REAM has served as Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Anteon International Corporation since May 2003. He
has over 30 years of financial management experience, including serving
as Senior Vice President and CFO of Newport News Shipbuilding Inc., a
$2.2 billion publicly held (NYSE) company, with over 18,000 employees.
In that capacity, he was responsible for all of the financial functions
including corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and investor
relations. Mr. Ream also served as Senior Vice President, Finance of
Raytheon Systems Company (1998-2000), and CFO of Hughes Aircraft Company
from 1994 to 1998. Prior to joining Hughes, Mr. Ream was a Partner with
Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Ream has a Master of Accountancy degree from the
