CHARLES R. OSENBAUGH has held the position of President, Chief Executive
Officer of Timeline, Inc. since November 1996. Mr. Osenbaugh joined
Timeline 15 years ago as Executive Vice President and Director, and was
responsible for leading the company through the IPO process in 1994 and
1995. Additionally, Mr. Osenbaugh has been responsible for the effective
prosecution of Timeline's patents. Prior to joining Timeline, Mr.
Osenbaugh was a partner of Lasher & Johnson, a Seattle, Washington law
firm. Mr. Osenbaugh also practiced public accounting with Arthur
Andersen & Co. He holds a BBA in Economics and a JD, both from the
University of Iowa, and received his CPA certificate in 1974. Profile
