CHARLES GRIMALDI, Head of Corporate Affairs for Rentokil Initial Plc has
been in the company for 17 years, prior to which he held marketing and
general management positions in the packaging industry and white goods
with Thorn EMI, with DRG, and Hanson. He has been Corporate Affairs
Director of Rentokil Initial for 10 years. Rentokil Initial is a global
business services company operating in over 40 countries. Mr. Grimaldi
has been responsible for Investor Relations for seven years and has
overseen the development, launch and implementation of four corporate
identities since 1985, and also has responsibility for internal and
