DAVID KORNBLATT has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
YORK International Corporation Since June 2003. Prior that, he was a
senior manager with the accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP from
January 1987 to January 1993, and Manager, Tax with Ernst & Whinney from
January 1983 to January 1987. Mr. Kornblatt holds a BS in Accounting
from Drexel University and is a CPA. Profile
C. DAVID MYERS became President and Chief Executive Officer of York
International Corporation effective February 10, 2004. Mr. Myers joined
the company in March 1994 as Director of Financial Planning and
Controls. In December of that same year he became Director of Finance,
Airside Products Group. He was promoted to Corporate Controller in July
1995 and then became Vice President of Finance, Engineered Systems Group
in November 1998. As of February 2000 he was Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer becoming Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer in January 2003. Mr. Myers has been President and a Director
since 2003. Before joining the company in 1994, he was with KPMG Peat
