BRUCE V. THOMAS has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Cadmus Communications Corporation since 2000. Before becoming
President and CEO he was Executive Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer from 1999-2000; Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer from 1997-1999; Vice President, Law and
Business Development from 1993-1997; Vice President and General
Counsel from 1992-1993. Prior to joining Cadmus, Mr. Thomas was a
Partner, Corporate Law; Mergers and Acquisitions for Mays &
Valentine, LLP from 1989-1992 and an Associate, Corporate
Taxation and Corporate Law from 1984-1989. From 1981-1984 he was
an Associate, Corporate Taxation at Hunton & Williams, LLP. Mr.
Thomas is on the Board of Directors at Cadmus Communications
Corporation and XyEnterprise, Inc. He has a BA degree in
Architecture and Classical History (magna cum laude, Phi Beta
Kappa) from Kenyon College and a JD degree from the University of
