BRIAN H. STROM joined Roseville Telephone Company as its Vice President
and CFO in 1989 following a position as a partner in Arthur Young &
Company (now Ernst & Young LLP). He was promoted to President and CEO
and elected to the company's Board of Directors in December 1993. In
addition to his work with Roseville Communications Company, Mr. Strom
also serves on the Boards of Directors of the California Telephone
Association and the United States Telephone Association and is an active
member of the United States Telephone Association's Internal Finance
