BRENT HALVERSON is President* of Multiactive Software Inc. Mr. Halverson
is one of the original members of the Maximizer development team. In his
13 years with the company, Mr. Halverson has advanced from Software
Developer to Vice President, Research & Development, to Chief Operating
Officer, to his current position. As President, Mr. Halverson oversees
all North American operations, strategic planning, direction and
development. Graduating with a degree in electrical engineering from the
University of British Columbia in 1985, he has played a key role in the
explosive growth of Multiactive Software over the last three years.
Under his direction, Multiactive has acquired companies, secured private
financing, released a public offering, and released award-winning e-
business and customer relationship software. Mr. Halverson was recently
recognized as a top achiever in Business in Vancouver's Forty Under
Forty awards. (* As of June 5, John Kellet was appointed President of Multiactive
Software, replacing Brent Halverson, who will continue as a consultant
