BRENT R. FREI is President & CEO of Onyx Software Corporation, a leading
provider of customer-centric e-business software solutions. Since the
company's inception in 1994, Onyx has grown exponentially. In 1999 Onyx
Software was named a Deloitte & Touche Fast 500 company and the 10th
fastest-growing high-tech company in America, with a 21,051% revenue
growth rate from 1994-1999. Under Mr. Frei's leadership, the company has
grown to more than 500 employees worldwide, winning several prestigious
awards for fostering an outstanding corporate culture. The company has
established offices throughout the USA, in Australia, France, Germany,
Hong Kong, Singapore and the United Kingdom, as well as an impressive
network of software, hardware, services and distribution partnerships
worldwide. Onyx's award-winning products have been licensed to over 500
global customers in a variety of industries, including financial
services, high technology, health care, manufacturing and

founding Onyx, Mr. Frei was a Programmer Analyst with Microsoft
Corporation, where he was the primary architect of an integrated,
international customer relationship management system used for sales,
marketing, customer service, and product support by Microsoft's
international subsidiaries. Before his tenure at Microsoft, Mr. Frei
received patents for several of his cellular system designs as a
Mechanical Engineer at Motorola. He received a Bachelor's of Engineering
degree from Dartmouth's Thayer School of Engineering, and his AB in
