BOB MCCAULEY, President of Adlink, joined the company in 2002. He has
been the driving force behind Adlink's rising success, increasing the
company's 2003 revenues by 23% over the prior year. During his tenure at
Adlink, SportsLink L.A., a Division of Adlink, was created, making
Adlink the first local advertising sales force to create a sports
initiative. As an industry leader, Mr. McCauley has spoken at several
interconnects and media sales organizations throughout the US, sharing
Adlink's successful strategies and stressing the need for uniformity
among multiple system operators. Mr. McCauley is a 16-year veteran of
the broadcast and advertising industries, 13 of which he has spent in
the Los Angeles market. Prior to joining Adlink, Mr. McCauley was Vice
President/General Sales Manager at both KCOP-TV and KTTV-TV in Los
Angeles. He also served successively as KCOP's Local Sales Manager,
National Sales Manager and General Sales Manager. Mr. McCauley graduated
