BOB DAVIS – GREENMAN TECHNOLOGIES INC (GRN)

BOB DAVIS has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of GreenMan Technologies, Inc., since 1997. Mr. Davis also currently serves as a Director of Waste Connections, Inc., the fourth largest solid waste management company in the United States. Prior to joining GreenMan, he was Vice President of BFI's Recycling division where he grew the division from startup in 1990 to about $650 million in annual revenues from about 150 North American processing facilities that handled in excess of 4 million tons per year of recyclable materials. A 30-year veteran of the recycling industry, he also held executive positions with Fibres International, Garden State Paper Company and SCS Engineers. Mr. Davis holds a degree in Mathematics from California Polytechnic State University where he graduated in 1965 when circular slide-rules were prominent. Profile
